...the update that is, not the run. This morning was a belter - almost 15 miles on the way to work, gloriously sunny, varied terrain and, although pretty hard work, was stunning. The picture is about 6 miles into the run, about 7.30am on Stanage Edge in the Peak District and it's all on my doorstep.
